Self-righteous indignant little fake whiner, aren't you spokesflack Stefan?

What's ironic is the antis were the ones who  coined the "Even the First Amendment has restrictions" argument as a way to attack the Second, conveniently avoiding any pesky differentiation based on prior restraint arguments. And why looky here:
Our speech might not be protected if it falsely damages someone’s reputation...
Bummer being hoist on your own petard, ain't it...?
