Reminds me of a discussion with my eldest ( he spends a lot of professional time in ERs) regarding the problems being posed by the large influx of medically unvetted and completely unexamined third world peoples. He remarked, " Were gonna have several generations of ER doctors and nurses with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating communicable diseases; if we survive their learning curve."....
