    Wow, the shooter was a girl. Seeing it happened in Texas, I'm sure the antis are having a field day with this story.

    I wish these authorized journalists would start using negligently instead of accidentally. Accidentally implies you had no control over the situation. You had to have the gun in your hand and your finger on the trigger to shoot someone, intentionally or otherwise. But I guess saying a US marshal negligently shot a Homeland Security agent doesn't play as well.
