Sometimes someone inadvertently performs a public service by bringing an unbelievably stupid and dangerous idea to the surface, where it can be exposed for what it is. [More]I dunno, you reach a different readership and don't have as much "gravitas." I doubt you're going to change many predisposed-to-agree minds exposed to their fake news.
I've come to have less faith in Sowell's judgment these days.
