The issue I have with carry reciprocity is most assume a permit policy that is permissive, instead of the overly restrictive regimes in CA and NY. We need a national standard that is basically Constitutional Carry and enforcement teeth regarding the infringement of this legislation
Until places like CA and NY are brought to heel, all of the reciprocity rhetoric in the world will not bring equality
Until then, all depictions of the scales of justice should show them tilted to one side
