If he's serious, there's gotta be a proper response.  And punishment.

    Obama, Islamist that he is, created ISIS by withdrawing all us forces from Iraq thereby creating a power vacuum in which rose ISIS. He has resisted efforts to destroy ISIS, to the point of allowing them to continue to exist. Obama is the father of ISIS.
