Doing this en masse is tantamount to an intentional crippling. That's something no patriot or person with a sense of service could do. The again, perhaps it'll show we really don't need the bureaucratic leviathan that State has evolved into.
For the short term, this will create vulnerabilities. In the long term, it'll work out for the best.
