If It Ain't Broke Don't Fix It?

Mr. Michel said his law firm was primed to file a lawsuit this week over regulations issued by the California Department of Justice that outlined how the state’s gun owners could register assault weapons under the state’s new definition of the firearms. [More]
There is that.

And then there's also this.

Funny how I never see anyone from the California gun community talking about how they got to where they are and what's going to keep them there.  Must not be part of that "single issue."

  2. If they have forms to fill out to "REGISTER" your weapons, just grab a handful and put the local official's names on the forms and list as many assorted "assault weapons" that you can think of and make up model numbers & serial numbers at random so it would show that the local Mayor has a huge arsenal of AR-15's and AK-47's and even toss in a Browning 50 Cal machine gun or two just for kicks. Might even let the City Clerk become the "on paper" owner of a whole bunch of UZI machine guns. If they want to act stupid, just overwhelm them with paperwork to sort thru.
