And rather than be disbarred, removed from the bench and prosecuted, she'll become a cause célèbre and a "progressive" heroine.  If he hurts anyone, let's hope she's sued.

    I'd like to point out that the U.S. Attorney that was 'troubled' by what the judge did is the same man that prosecuted the Malheur protestors. He seems to be more upset that the Bundys were acquitted than the fact that a judge helped a crimmigrant avoid possible deportation.
