A Good Ruling

What's not to like about judges who take the law to mean what it says and refuse to legislate from the bench? [More]

If they'd sided with the state, it's hard to imagine a question that could not be asked.

    Wow, like it’s ABSOLUTELY UNTHINKABLE that anyone should badger the stupid legislators who don’t know how to draft a workable law and make them FIX IT for the future.

    Not to mention that the buyer still has to fill out the FEDERAL form to actually purchase the handgun, which does ask that question, and does make it a crime to lie.

    This is a whole lot of stink about nothing.
