  1. Being a NJ resident I guess I'll have to applaud this small step on a seemingly endless journey ! Not for nothing do us residents refer to the "Peoples Democratic Republic of New Jersey " when discussing firearms. Its is, after all, a state where any device capable of propelling a projectile through a linear constriction, aka a barrel - is defined as a "firearm" regardless if powder, caps or any explosive means are absent ! IOW, in NJ even a Red Rider BB Gun is a "firearm !
