Really? With an armed escalation of force response against scofflaws and resisters?

Have they thought about what it's gonna take to stop the signal?

Maybe they can come up with counterparts to Jinjing and Chacha, to scare off anyone who doesn't pay to register themselves (and make their most personal secrets available to third parties with agendas of their own)...

    The obvious nomination: Ling Ling and Hsing Hsing — those two cute, lovable, furry panda bears that refused to have sex even when the rest of the world really wanted to see them get it on! :-)
