  3. He talked nonsense, with no realization that he had done so. Just another moment in the life of a leftist. He could have swung into a tirade about how AGW is going to kill us all, and without missing a beat. It's what the left does these days. They're always trying to sell us on how great are the emperor's new clothes. They're very accustomed to passionately believing their own nonsensical rhetoric.
