And anyone who doesn't recognize the threat of "them-versus-us" is a suicidal fool, as is anyone who doesn't recognize this treasonous liar for what he is.

I think a healthy dose of "America First" and "America - love it or leave it!" or "If you don't like the way we do things here you are welcome to get your ass back to whatever hellhole you emigrated from."
