The Second Amendment specifically prohibits even so much as mere infringement, so I can't think of one federal gun regulation that doesn't constitute infringement. I make sense like that. The history of "gun control" is a history of miserable failure, so there's no point in keeping what has not, and is not working. There is an enormous amount of wisdom in the Bill of Rights, and none in failed, federal gun laws.
