Colorado Second Amendment Rally Honors Three Percent Founder Mike Vanderboegh

I needed to interrupt my planned absence until the 5th to help spread the word on this.  [More]

  1. In the few (very) short years I got to feel I was part of something special on Sipsey Street. I had minimal contact with Mike, though I wish it could've been more. But his soul is so big he infected all of us with that pesky desire to embrace our birthright and dare to dream that we need not ask permission for what God has given us. This honor being bestowed on Mike is really quite a beautiful acknowledgement of the fact that one person can and has made all the difference in the world. And you, David, I hope know there are many that look at you through a very similar lens as Mike. Sometimes it's tough to get thoughts put in proper order to truly express how one feels... Especially without sounding like a sappy blubbering fool... but for Americans, just as with other religious holidays, I think the 4th is a time to reflect and look to the future at the same time while trying to find a way for those still here and those who've gone on to their reward, to say thank you, Godbless you, we'll always hold you in our souls and never stop fighting.
I pray everyday still for Mike and his family. And I thank you, David for putting the hammer down over the last couple years and making sure none of us forget.
Godbless all of you patriots and especially Rosey for sharing her love with all of us all the way to the end. I hope no one forgets her and I pray she kicks cancer's ass.
    Happy Independence Day.
