"Court records indicate Tolver pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery in January of 2011 and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. It is not immediately known how much of his sentence was served."
That's part of the problem. 2011 + 15 = 2026. ASSUMING Tolver was let out in January, 2017, he served only 6 years of a 15 year sentence, less than half. Not enough room in the prison? As a taxpayer, I'll pay more taxes to build new prisons for the Tolvers of the country. Nonetheless, I'm glad an armed citizen cut short his new criminal career and saved the taxpayers some money.
