And that was a few years after the Ninth Circuit had weighed in on it, meaning he was either an incompetent or a lying thug trying to illegally coerce me, and quite possibly both.

But the LEOs still get Qualified Immunity -- basically cops are too ignorant to be liable.

I guess that's why police departments have a ceiling on an applicant's IQ. They want the department's defense attorney to be able to convince the judge that the officers were literally too stupid to know that they were breaking the law while violating the plaintiff's rights.
