Define 'Winning'

Outfoxing and leaving the tyrants sputtering, are they? That creativity doesn't "get around" the core infringements though, does it?

As longtime friend and colleague Brian Puckett once noted:

I sometimes wonder whether the socialists will issue an edict requiring all firearms to have a pink ribbon tied to the barrel, just to get a belly laugh as the panicked descendants of once-proud American patriots scurry to comply.

Don't look for the "gun rights leaders" to ever admit how such widespread and focused contempt for a supposedly fundamental right is legislatively and judicially imposed in California. It's not part of that "single issue."

"Winning" will not be possible as long as that deliberate indifference takes precedence -- at least by the methods such groups employ.
