'Illegal' Cellphones?

If "controls" against contraband are so porous and penetrable in a prison situation ... well, you know where that thought goes.

    Funny, nobody gives it a second thought when the SWAT teams come to bust down your door and shoot your dog. You know, BEFORE you’re convicted of anything, are still presumed to be innocent, yadda, yadda, yadda. But to do it to convicted criminals, well, that’s ILLEGAL.
