    Chicagoans cause crime problems in Chicago, but it's not politically correct for leftists to acknowledge that fact, and blame the people who are acutally responsible, so they blame guns, from elsewhere.

    All transactions require a "meeting of the minds" for the buyer and seller. To solely blame the sellers when there are a large number of eager and willing buyers is blame-shifting at least.
