If I’m advertising for a renter, I can’t advertise “great ocean view,” “two-minute walk to subway,” or “near schools and churches,” because the federal government claims these are code words by which I intend to discriminate against the blind, the disabled, the single or childless, and the faithless. Yet these guys can advertise for races, colors, ages, and hairstyles, “no others need apply.” No wonder Hollywood loves big government so much — it passes right over them, like they kept blood on their doorposts.
