We're the Only Ones Grossly Imposing Enough

A former East Cleveland police officer has pleaded guilty to using a sex toy to sexually abuse two women in February during an illegal traffic stop. Kenneth Bolton Jr., 49, avoided a trial and instead pleaded guilty to felony gross sexual imposition and misdemeanor interfering with civil rights charges Cuyahoga County prosecutors in exchange dropped a kidnapping charge.
