That was truly disgusting. Both payne and his supervisor are idiots that need to go to prison and their retirements go to the nurse. Otherwise, some day someone is going to "resist". I do not understand why security and the DPS officers reported to be present did not intervene in a clearly illegal and unprovoked physical assault. I am beginning to believe those who state there are no good cops.
She said she did nothing wrong. But she did, she refused to respect his "Authority" to do whatever the hell he wants! That'll teach her to be more respectful in the future.
