Oh, it’s not the Fourth Amendment he’s complaining about. The Fourth Amendment doesn’t stand in his way — he violates it 20 times before breakfast every day. It’s the fact that the common citizen has the technology to ENFORCE the Fourth Amendment against his depredations that gets his goat.
A lesson for those who would gut the Second Amendment as well.
