But I should remind you that these Articles of Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America only applied to the persons referred to in that Amendment - NOT the 14th Amendment defined "citizens" of the (CORPORATE) United States defined therein - AND SUBJECT TO CONGRESS, and its rules, regulations, statutes, policies and procedures.
