[More]I'd never even heard of these people, so I guess this is a pretty brilliant publicity campaign. Whether it sells any games remains to be seen. They look to be pretty much a one-trick pony with limited applications, and it's not hard to imagine a saturated market with sales maxing out and people moving on to the next "thing."
Sometimes obstacles require projects to be built around them. It can be done.
Post-Kelo, one would think this maneuver would be absolutely impotent.
