Question: Can those subject to the seizures take the "will not be enforced and should be disregarded" assertion as sound legal advice, or if police are dispatched to their residences on other matters will the records be matched to obtain a warrant?

The records will be matched to obtain a warrant, of course. All out of sight of the media and public opinion.
ReplyDeleteResident. HPD will serve them later after the hohaha has died. They already enforce the letter from you physician and often used a "non comment" response to deny a buy permit.
