Sir, you obviously have monsters in your Id.
My dad took me to see "Forbidden Planet" during it's movie theater run. I would have been 7 at the time. It remains my favorite SciFi movie and was the first DVD I ever bought. I've had a weakness for Theremin music ever since.
The movie cast also included Earl Holliman who co-starred in Police Woman.
I recommend the movie to anyone who hasn't seen it. It's amazing what the special effects folks were able to do in 1956.

ReplyDeleteBruce the Ocelot was hotter.
Oh, I had the privilege of watching - and enjoying - this motion picture in the theatre on a WIDE screen.
ReplyDeleteIt's the only way.
Also, I have the original soundtrack on a CD.
