Excuse me, but shouldn't that review take place BEFORE the election? If that doesn't qualify as "shutting the barn door after the horse has left" then I don't know what WOULD be.
I have heard that my Grandpa has been a much more conscientious voter since we buried him than he ever was when he was with us. Democrat controlled county, natch.
