    Since when has "rolling your own" firearm become illegal ? Of course we're talking the PRDoNJ here so federal laws don't apply ! Of course Sgt. Mattessich is an "expert" not only on federal firearms law, but also a qualified psychologist able to discern intent from mere possession of parts and pieces .
