You know, I still think this is popcorn worthy. The gummint passes all these laws, why, they’re just common sense, they never tire of telling us this. Then we find out the gummint apparently must have no common sense, because they’re not obeying the very common sense laws they wrote themselves. Why, it’s so obvious that something must be done… but what? Where does the fault lie? It’s a target-rich environment, and every target is a government employee.
It’s like feminists, shock troops of the left, now defenestrating leftist celebrities. I just can’t help feeling that for once I’m living in the right place at the right time.
Suppose the cities succeed and the judiciary forces the DoD to report dishonorable discharges and other disqualifying misconduct to the FBI for inclusion in NICS, which the DoD is required to do anyway.
Wouldn't such a ruling remove the (ostensible) impetus for including the "Fix NICS" stuff in the National Concealed Carry Reciprocity bill?
If so, can't we push to drop the "Fix NICS" part and pass the standalone CCR bill?
Back in the 1990s, how many of these cities sued gun makers for making guns?

My question is this:
