Chris Matthews’ Sex Harassment Payout Means He Should Face Some Hardball Questions of His Own

Then again, appropriate workplace behavior, if you’re going to present yourself as a “journalist” (as opposed to an apparatchik) requires balance and sticking to facts, as opposed to naked advocacy.  Such as his unabashed braying for citizen disarmament… [More]
Why does the thought of a state monopoly of violence send such a thrill up this government fetishist's leg?

We're the Only Ones Unfit for Duty Enough

And his partner's no prize either.

Paving the Pathway

Yesterday, the Department of Homeland Security posted the annual Yearbook of Immigration Statistics for 2016, and it appears that Obama’s promise to fundamentally transform America didn’t disappoint. [More]
Good thing this has nothing to do with that "single issue."

It must not, because otherwise you'd expect to see all those gun groups and gun writers and gun bloggers making a big deal out of this.  Since they're not, it must just be me.

If you believe that, you answer this.

She killed her wife at home, cops say — but she wasn’t quite finished [More]
I found her and her victim's Facebook pages. Not much in terms of overt politics, but there's definitely more than a touch of crazy cat lady.

And that's not all it will mount.

What are you, some kind of intolerant zoophobe?

Besides, it's nice to see the native population finding common ground with refugees.

Why Hide from Your Past?

The anarchist group "It's Going Down" last April bragged online about sabotaging railroad tracks in the Pacific Northwest to block fracking equipment from getting to its destination. The group has since deleted the post... [More]
Yes they have:

Why?

Fortunately, the internet can be forever:
"Early in the morning of April 20th we poured concrete on the train tracks that lead out of the Port of Olympia to block any trains from using the tracks... This action and actions like it are quite easy to do yourself. This only took a few hours and a little bit of planning... Concrete on the tracks is just a start."
Everything else is just noise. They tried to incite with it and now they're trying to hide from any culpability by going on the attack against anyone reminding people of their own words.

Noting who's in charge of Amtrak, this may very well turn out to be a human/system failure and this could just be a coincidence. That doesn't alter the fact that these sadists and psychopaths are out there bragging about derailing trains, encouraging others to follow suit, and then doing everything they can to discredit and destroy anyone pointing to an inconvenient truth they tried to bury.
