I have to admit to having reservations about always calling in police, who have been known to bring consequences of their own. In this case, however, a threat threshhold appears to have been reached.

  1. (((The shooter's))) mother, who had him around as a widowed mom from age 9 until last fall when she died from the flu, refused to do much of anything about him despite his long history of acts of a mentally diseased person. There was a father until his ninth year.
