The Going Rate

From Len Savage:
In a 5th circuit case I was asked to explain the legal definition of a machinegun so that it would be easily understood....I was also tasked with explaining how rate of fire is NOT part of the definition.
If bump stock could have been banned by any interpretation of current law the previous administration would have banned them.

  1. Any "legal definition" of a machine gun is merely an attempt to circumvent the plain meaning of the Second Amendment, and should be thrown out as such.

  2. It's the accuracy of the return fire that makes the difference. Bunch of nonsense!

  4. The new "Law" will be unintelligible nonsense. The new "Law", as interpreted by the USSC, will be the precedent for any and all "New Law" which is based on feelings.

    God help us.
