    Reading some of the other linked on that page, it seems all one has to do is scrawl something illegible on a bathroom wall to shut down an entire school district.

    Col. Cooper? Well, you know, I always suspected Bela Lugosi of being a closet j-framer, so I guess the Count was, and I'm glad. He was a very famous and good man, so I think he deserved the protection of it, but who doesn't?
