Anyone familiar with the Upper Darby area can tell you the Chief Chittwood is a Media Ho and an only one promoter. As for his concerns about the web gear and the vest, his comments are liable to send any unknowing busybody or parent on a panicked call over their child's or neighbors airsoft or paint ball gear. I can just imagine some of the scars these poor kids will receive after being harassed by the local constabulary.
