An Expensive Lesson

Friend of mine, late for a flight, grabs his pack forgetting his Glock inside, stopped at TSA at San Jose Airport, issued a citation, released and made his flight. The citation is a 3rd degree misd punishable with a $579 fine Not being allowed to plea and pay!
