A second-grader at Pleasantview Elementary randomly attacked students with a kitchen knife he had brought to school around 7:15 a.m. Monday, injuring three students. [More]I've long disagreed with official policy of withholding names of minors who show themselves to be particularly dangerous. If and when they're released, those who live nearby, especially those with children, need and deserve to know how to avoid potential local menaces.
I also suspect there is more to this story than we're being told, and that there may be political reasons for that if you look at forced changes in the region.
