Again, a best-case scenario, since we can see if Gorsuch screws the pooch without risking any of our gun rights.

ReplyDeleteBecause the immigration faucet that this court is going to decide whether to turn on or off is minuscule compared to the continuing immigration tsunami that’s not even on the table.
ReplyDeleteUnderstood. Nonetheless, we've already had "Fool me once" on another "immigration"-related issue, and the decision they make here will have wider implications and set precedent guiding future actions, so I wouldn't give it a total pass on "risk." I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping the analysts are right, that the majority, including Gorsuch, will uphold the administration's arguments.
