    The average number of people killed in mass shootings when stopped by police is 14.29.

    The average number of people killed in mass shootings when stopped by a civilian is 2.33.

    Just giving citizens their constitutional rights back could end the spree shooter problem for good. Progressives throw absolute tantrums whenever you suggest this, for the same reasons vampires hiss at crosses.
