    Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. said in an interview Sunday. “It is every district attorney’s nightmare that any innocent man or woman would go to jail.”


    Liar, liar, pants on fire...

    Or maybe it is every DA's nightmare that they might be held accountable for sending the innocent to jail?

    It's normal to not release the names of victims, to protect their privacy.

    However, this "woman" is not a victim. She just admitted so.

    Moreover, she also admitted to making false police statements -- statements that put two men in jail for 26 years. That makes her a criminal.

    Release her name. The community deserves to know who (and what) she is.
