Yeah, Right

We use @GifGrabber to make our GIFs and it defaults to the image below as a first frame.  [More]
So if I'm going to do, say, a Pokemon gif, that's going to be the first frame default image dictated by the program, or did you guys leave that in, and for a reason?

I guess past performance ought to give us a clue...
