    I'll bet it's not going to include any of the following:

    Longer sentences for those convicted
    More stop and frisk
    More random traffic stops asking where you live and where are you going
    More surveillance of known gang members
    Tear down of the thousands of abandoned houses in the city

    But they'll all agree that "something needs to be done" and it'll probably affect those not even living in the city.
