If what they say they fear -- bad guys overhearing tactical information -- is really a concern, look for some equipment to mysteriously "disappear," or better yet, for some enterprising "Only One" to exploit an opportunity.

  1. To be fair, this is really nothig new… it’s just new to Richmond. Other cities started doing this well over a decade ago.

  2. Never talk to police?
    Allegedly talking to police saved George Zimmerman's ass at trial, and now we have this tidbit:

    In her ruling, Johnson said that the most credible eyewitness in the case was Barber.

    “His testimony was consistent and direct. He called 911. He drove straight to the police department. He was there immediately and he gave several statements to the police and they were all consistent,” she said.
