Many of the bikes and other vehicles seized already have been returned to the owners. Some were repossessed by lenders after payments were missed.
ReplyDeleteIn civil forfeiture cases, they rob everybody except the banks.
That might be a good use for a vehicle loan. Let the bank take it from the thieves, then pay off the loan and take it back, or have a friend buy it at the repo sale.
