Foreign-born Obama appointee Judge Tanya Chutkan is the same one who "granted class-action status to all pregnant illegal immigrant teens who came to the U.S. as unaccompanied alien children (UAC) and imposed a nationwide policy that the government make them aware they can have abortions, and requiring facilitation by government officials," which I guess had an unintended "birthright citrizenship" consequence.
She also sides with terrorists, although I've got to place much of the blame for that on the subversive practice of allowing "dual citizenship" and the self-destructive practice of making war without declaration.

It seems Judge Chutkan has been involved with criminals for a long time.
