'Rally in Tally'

After Action Report of Tallahassee Gun Rally and the Anti-Gun Rally too. [More]
I got stuck on the first photo-- first, it reminded me of Mike, and then I flashed on a Sascha Baron Cohen-style setup video where Hogg let someone with a thick accent leaving heavy-handed clues about his citizenship ineligibility register to vote anyway.
