Thing is, he's evidently neither qualified nor certified to practice psychiatric medicine. Were he, he'd know the APA's Goldwater Rule (the one the shrinks with a "progressive" political agenda ignore):
He doesn't have to worry about that organization ruling on an ethics complaint sinced he's not a member. That said, he is relying on his "doctor" status to be presented as a medical authority by the media and is using them to amplify a wholly unqualified opinion for political purposes.
I was thinking of filing a complaint, but I see from their "lookup" function that his credential status has "lapsed," making his opinion being presented as valid all the more incompent and fraudulent.
