I have not read this silly novel, nor am I going to, because I cannot believe that ALL American men will ever allow their wives and daughters to be turned into someone else's sex slaves.
Dressing up like mass murderer Jason, or even Jack the Ripper, is still OK, though. Gotta maintain priorities.
